Congratulations! You are one of the families that we were able to enroll in our new location located at The Retreat @ Bothell apartment community indoor pool.  A bit later this evening you will receive a text communication outlining the spot(s) given.  We are excited to be able to continue with you at The Retreat while our Mill Creek location is being built.

STEPS YOU MUST DO TO CONFIRM. Spots must be confirmed before 8/29

  1. Log in to your account and verify spots communicated on the student’s calendar(s).
  2. Verify Family Finance information is up to date and valid – we will not be able to set up your monthly payment plan and finalize enrollment without it.
  3. Verify that each enrolled student has an active membership. (Membership is not required but does qualify student for a per lesson rate reduction)
    1. If they do not have a current membership and you want them to have one, simply choose an option from the membership menu. 
    2. If selecting a Family membership, choose all family members you want covered.  The membership cost will only be the rate once and not additional per student. It shows the cost, but you can add as many family members as desired to the same item.
    3. If you added a membership of any kind to your account, WE must complete the actual confirmation process for you once you notify us. This is so we can adjust the rate.  See option 2 below.

Option 1: To CONFIRM THE SPOT(S)

  1. Navigate to the Invoice section of family account.  -On any family member profile, click the menu item invoice button along the top
  2. Pay the invoices with due date 9/1 with the card you have or placed on file.  Next billing cycle will be October 1st.
  3. If you are unable to navigate the process or have trouble, please see steps below.  

Option 2:  If you want to ACCEPT THE SPOT(s) and you need our help to complete the confirmation process.

  1. Simply reply to the text with… Yes we accept (Insert Student specific info) or Yes we accept all spots given.    
  2. We will do the rest and confirm completion

If you decide to DECLINE YOUR SPOT(S)

  1. Simply reply to the text with…. We DECLINE (Insert Student specific info).
  2. Please do not reply with any additional requests.    We will not be able to accommodate any changes as all spots are FULL. 
    1. Spots declined will be issued to families that were not given spots originally.
