Please report absences in advance to
allow other swimmers the opportunity to schedule a makeup. Submitting
absences helps keep your attendance up-to-date and ensures your spot is
held.

Absences reported through the Portal at least 5 hours before your lesson are EXCUSED and will be eligible for a Makeup Token.

Using the APP

1. Select ACCOUNT 
2. Select STUDENT to access menu options
3. Select FUTURE ABSENCES
4. Select ENROLLMENT for the absence   
   • AVOID
     BY DATE OPTION: Selecting a day or multiple days, will not allow any
     new bookings from being scheduled that date(S) and/or record absences for
     classes in which you may not have intended to cancel.   
5. CHOOSE the specific class(es) you will miss. 
6. SUBMIT.
7. You will now see your future absence listed within your account.

Excused Absence Makeups Token: Makeup tokens are issued after the class has taken place and are good for 100 days.

Makeup Tokens are now generated AFTER your scheduled lesson time has passed, provided the absence was reported in advance prior to the 5 hour deadline through your Portal.

ADDITIONAL MAKEUP TOKEN INFORMATION

*** You will not be able to redeem a token if your account has a balance due *** 

Absences must be received a minimum of 5 hours before the class starts and can be submitted up to 45 days in advance. 

After the class absence has taken place, you will be issued a make-up token. You then have 100 days to use the token. Make-up lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. 

Once a makeup is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled or replaced with a new token if missed.

Makeup tokens have no cash value.

Using the APP

1. Select ACCOUNT
2. Select STUDENT to access menu options
3. Select MAKEUPS
4. Select USE MAKEUP TOKEN
5. Use CHOOSE A MAKEUP DATE to view classes within the next 7 days
6. Select your class and USE TOKEN. You will receive an email confirmation of your makeup class. We recommend marking your calendar.
